Seiser Alm Balance

When the days get longer in spring and nature awakens, the desire for outdoor exercise increases. With special “Balance” experiences you can recharge your batteries in and with nature.

A morning hike to the Tschafon mountain refuge, a yoga session on the Calvary hill in Kastelruth or taking a pottery course.

The Balance experiences offer movement, relaxation and well-being for body and mind.

The events will be held every week in the villages of Dolomites region Seiser Alm, and are suitable for both adults and teenagers.

If you book a stay in our accommodation, you can participate in the following Balance experiences free of charge.

THE PROGRAM

Morning hike to the Tschafon mountain refuge with moutaineer breakfast

During the guided hike from Tiers am Rosengarten to the Tschafon mountain hut with Michaela, a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomites awaits you. In the cosy family-run Tschafon mountain refuge you will enjoy a special mountaineer breakfast with regional products.

Wednesday: 06.05., 13.05., 20.05., 27.05., 03.06., 10.06., 17.06., 24.06.2026 | 6:50 – 11:30 am

Meeting point: Brunnenplatz/Piazza fontana in Tiers am Rosengarten

Pottery course with natural materials

Völs am Schlern
You will explore different techniques and experiment with natural pigments from the local area to decorate your clay creations.
Thursday: 21.05., 28.05., 04.06., 11.06., 18.06.2026| 1:00-4:00 pm

Relax in the early morning with yoga, the mindfulness and the breathing practiced evenly, consciously to this end, all muscles, tendons, ligaments and organs are activated. After the yoga session our athletic participants get a healthy breakfast.
